Amazing work. Very polite and worked fast doing an amazing quality job fitting 3 windows. Windows look great and they cleaned everything up before they left believe it was luke and Aaron who fitted them and they both where very informative and helpful with any questions I had and went out there way to make sure that the job was done well
unfortunately there was a damaged part (the little vent above the window) when they opened it to fit and they temporarily put on a replacement part for the time being while we wait for the correct part to be re ordered and fitted.

It was a tough decision to go with this company, sales man was a bit stronger than my liking. However this company was able to provide everything that I wanted, where as other companies I had to compromise a bit.
This company do have some super stars in it though. The blokes who did the work were out standing.
They did the work fast, neat, and were utterly professional.
They even kept it up while my neighbours (Thankfully moved now) were having a meltdown in front of them.

Great experience from initial inquiry through to the installation. Price was competitive, communication was great and they managed to squeeze it in before Christmas too which was an added bonus. Chris and Steven were very considerate and tidy when they came to install our new window. Would definitely recommend!

Jason and Ethan had arrived to our property un-announced, however this was not their fault and was the fault of the office. We had just arrived back from abroad the night before and were booked in for a job in two days time.
However, Jason and Ethan were extremely helpful, they apologised even though the error was not on their part. They even helped us move furniture and laid down coverings to protect our hard floors and carpets.
Jason even covered everything up in the kitchen as we did not have time to remove everything. Extremely professional and quiet, they even let us get on with resting and in packing after a long flight and did not disturb us at all.
Extremely pleased with the service provided by Jason and Ethan can not fault them. Workmanship was also spot on, even stuck around until I had checked and double checked all the windows and doors.
I would highly recommend Jason and Ethan they saved what could have been a terrible experience and made it great.
It would have been five stars if it wasn't for the error by the booking staff and getting the installation date completely wrong.
Overall a great service provided by five star!

From the initial site visit, quotation and ordering through to the installation and completion we found the Justin, Cath and the team to be excellent. For a large replacement conservatory the various glazing and framing options were well explained, but at no time did we feel pressurised to place an order. The actual installation, led by Mark, was undertaken to a high standard with minimal disruption and mess. The site was left tidy and clean upon completion. We would highly recommend this company.

Firstly, having watched these guys build a porch on my next door neighbour's house I decided to recruit them for a job on my own house. Just had our old conservatory replaced by 5 star windows. Doors, windows, frames and tiled roof. The whole team were great from start to finish and Lauren was always on the end of the e-mail to answer any queries. The crews that came round from the fitters to electricians to plasterers were polite, tidy and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Has made such a difference and turned our 20+ yr old conservatory into a great all year round space. Thanks

We had a Ultraframe 380 roof fitted to replace our 25 year old glass conservatory roof. From the start there was no pressure to agree a sales . Any follow up queries were answered promptly. The work was carried out as planned and the teams from installing , plastering and electrics were very efficient and polite . We were very pleased with the who project. From our experience I would highly recommend this company .

After some searching for the correct company. I found one from start to finish the installation of the window/door canopy. At first I telephoned the office, a face to face consultation at my property was arranged. I explained what I would like. Not a problem we can do that. I had options (nothing from other companies didn’t offer). My quotes were sent I was very happy with them. I opted for a bespoke to fit exactly how I wanted it. A date was agreed, 8am start and the two fitters turned up with all the tools/materials and the safety scaffolding. I knew I'd chosen the correct company. They worked continuously for the duration of the work.
Super satisfying having a company doing what they say they’re going to do from the very start to the very end. The job went without a hitch. The quality of work is a high standard and would definitely recommend Select Products. Along with using them in the future👍.

Fantastic company to deal with. Really professional from start to finish. They asked loads of questions when first looking at the windows that were being replaced which was really reassuring. Things like where furniture would go, child safety features, trickle vents etc. Other companies that quoted for the same job didn’t bother with the same level of detail which is what Mendip windows stood out for. The window fitters did the whole installation in one day and were polite and friendly and tidy. Overall, really great Communication and competitively priced. Would use again!
