I have used Britelite for a number of years now. I’ve had four doors and 3 windows installed by them so far, I cannot recommend them enough. They are so good and quick from first initial contact. I’ve currently got a new order placed with them for another window to be replaced.

We had our windows replaced by Britelite, they did an excellent job. The workmen were clean and efficient, they worked hard, were diligent and tidied up everyday they were in the house. The windows are superb quality, each window has a safety lock. We would recommend this company and will use them again

The product is first class. The fitters were considerate and courteous. We were kept informed throughout the process. The works were kept clean and tidy and all waste was taken away for recycling. A first class service from the whole company. "

Good experience from start to finish. Ray was a helpful and honest sales rep. The surveyor was quick and respectful. Jim & Jack who installed the windows were professional and friendly. There was a change in the install time line but i was kept informed the whole time.

Great service. We were treated very well at last year's Ideal Home Exhibition. The salesperson who visited us was considerate to our needs as well as our price range. We are happy with the installation of our doors and after-sales department. We promptly received our FENSA approved guarantee within days. We will be returning to Ideal Home this year, to look at their products for future design projects.

Reputable company with a name you can trust. I had britelite install 2x new bays upstairs and downstairs. Fitter ian was polite and no trouble at all with a great workmanship finish. Customer service was everything you could hope for. And the surveyor done everything i needed, middle of the road pricing with a top quality product 👍🏻

I was astonished at how fast and efficient the installation went with the front windows of our 1930s semi-detached house. Britelite came in at a very competitive price. We're planning on getting rear windows done soon too and will definitely be arranging a quote with Britelite.

Excellent workmanship by Kristian and James, who went above and beyond, working in very difficult conditions. They are amazing. Also Dawn who was always there for us, organising everything so efficiently, nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend Britelite to anyone. Five star service.

Had a new Conservatory roof last Year Feb 23. Brilliant service build plan explained all trades persons turned up on time and date planned. Quality product for a competitive price. Love the fact we can use the space all year round. Family business who you can trust.

I am delighted with my Britelite replacement conservatory roof. From first appointment with company representative to the final electrics everything was completed exactly on schedule. All work was carried out with very little disruption and the whole area left clean and tidy on completion . I am now able to use my conservatory all year round and the interior roof looks stunning. I have no complaints or negative comments whatsoever.

I had all new windows and doors fitted to my property using Britelite Windows after having had a bad experience with Anglian windows in the past. 1. The pre sales steps were on form and free from any issues, I liked the fact that I was given a fair price and left to consider the offer. As opposed to the let me call my boss, we have limited time offer but you must sign now script employed by other companies. 2. The install was not without fault, I had a number of issues that needing addressing, due to pandemic supply chain issues, and Britelite Windows moving premises I experienced a fair amount of delay. I was not happy about things being left and not being addressed. 3. Based on point 2 when I re-engaged and spoke to Ginny all the issues I had were sorted out within the agreed time frame. For this reason despite the issues I had I have given 5 stars. All items that needed sorting out were carried out. Things do go wrong from time to time, so long as responsibility is taken to address the issues and ensure things are put right carries weight in my book. I do not have any issue recommending and using Britelite Windows in the future.

Shaun and Ben arrived 7am last Thursday on the hottest day of the year and started work,they worked without stopping untill all 6 large windows were finished by 3pm there work man ship brilliant! They left our house clean and tidy, Thank you Britelight thank you Shaun and Ben

We have used Britelite windows for serval jobs over recent years including window and door replacement together with a replacement conservatory roof. All work has been carried out on schedule and in a professional manner by all involved from sales, survey and installation. We have had to contact them due to an area of loose flashing on the consrvatory roof and this has been repared without any quibble within a short period of time from reporting the issue.

Had our Orangery built by Britelite. After speaking to multiple companies to obtain quotes which were frankly laughable, Britelite were able to beat all of them and provide the spec we wanted all within budget. The various teams that came and built it were fantastic and kept to their schedule. Hats off to Dan and his colleague who did all the foundations and brick work through the absolutely dismal weather in January. They were professional, friendly and did a great job. The floor wasn’t quite level due to the bad weather after the concrete was laid so Dan was able to come back after it was all built for a few hours and apply some self levelling screed to get it up to standard before our carpets went in. Cannot fault the installation teams at all, they were fantastic. Had a couple issues with the start date based on some false promises made by the sales rep who came to our house to provide a quote in September which was the only let down as we had wanted it all completed before mid December and were assured could be accommodated. Turns out that was not the case at all so we had to settle for a January start date after much back and forth. Despite that hiccup, we are extremely happy with the finished product.

Had my lean to conservatory carried out by Britelite... what can I say... absolutely stunning. Each and every part of the service from the initial quote to the finished product has been perfect. What makes this company great is their staff and their commitment to ensuring great customer service... the product is lovely quality. My build was not the easiest in my view, but Britelite were open and honest about what we may find along the way... the surveyor Simon was great, really thorough and the finished product was as we were expecting so very well done on managing our expectations... I previously employed Britelite for my job but had to canx due to a family bereavement and i had no issue in obtaining a refund of my deposit ...they even sent me beautiful flowers... my thanks to Dan, Reece, Gi, Mark, Lee, Dave, Jodi, Andrew, Dawn, Matt, and anyone else I may have forgotten... I will definitely use Britelite again and would absolutely recommend....

"We had a greek guy - Lami, with a couple of young apprentices fit our door and windows- They were all excellent, Lami, was a real character, He even offered advice regarding our house, as we plan knocking down walls and extending the kitchen. The young fellas worked extremely hard as well, overall more than satisfied , Will ask for him personally if we need anymore work done.

Britelite offered a very professional and helpful service from the survey right through to the final installation. We had a new front door and new French doors fitted. The staff were able to answer all of my questions and the installer did a very good job on the day. I would recommend Britelite for any similar jobs.

I'd give 5* to the fitters, who were professional and friendly, tidy and efficient. I've dropped a star overall due to some communication difficulties we had with the office team. Nevertheless, a good job, windows are great & make a big difference.

Having dealt with a number of window companies, from start to finish, Britelite has been by far the most professional. No hard sell, competitive pricing, clear communication, friendly and polite staff. The installation was efficient and tidy. A slight issue with one of our sandblasted panes of glass was sorted out quickly and a replacement part ordered and fitted as soon as it was available. Britelite offer interest free financing, making the windows more affordable. We have been complimented a number of times, by neighbours and passers-by, on our smart sash windows.

Very pleased with our new roof. The fitters worked wonders to avoid the rain and the whole job was completed cleanly, efficiently and to a very high standard. We had roof lights installed in our roof and they have brought so much more light into the rooms. The roof lights are well constructed and look great as well as being functional. The fibreglass finish has been expertly applied and the roof is robust and appealing to look at. Visible fixings are kept to a minimum and those that are on show are evenly spaced and in line, as are all the gutter brackets. Overall this attention to detail just underlines what a fantastic job the fitters have done. Thank you for a great job.

Very happy with the conservatory Britelite built me back in the summer, the workmen were professional & hard working throughout the whole job. Everyone I spoke to were a credit to the company & I will not b hesitating to recommend them to friends & family. Very pleased I opted for the triple glazed option as I’m stil able to use it now in the winter. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

After some delays, we are very pleased with our conservatory. Very good workmanship, although a slight problem with the floor level that was corrected fairly quickly. The triple glazing is amazing and really does keep the heat in. Having a radiator fitted this week but we have no internal doors and we have not had a single issue with heat in there.
