Everyone from the concept team have been brilliant and really nice folks. I was never felt pressurised into making decisions or to sign any contracts and the prices i was quoted was reasonable. The team who came to fit my windows worked very quickly and were neat and tidy. I've had so many compliments on the big picture window in our living room.
