Absolutely delighted, from start to finish. Every company should operate in this manner, the fitters were great, left everything clean and tidy. The Staff are all really friendly and professional, having worked in double glazing some years ago this is how it should be done. Would recommend in a heartbeat

We have just had Eliments Ltd to fit our windows and composite door. Have to say the 2 installers were great very prompt,very professional, respectful of our property, did a great job they are a credit to Eliments. We had great service from the start with Howard, who discussed all the various window and door types. No pushy sales and competitive on price would highly recommend

We had a front door and side panel fitted yesterday and couldn't be more pleased. The fitters were excellent and the fab door has given the house a face lift. Definitely recommend.

I have reviewed this company before this is a follow on .I have had my conservatory for 3 years now and one of the windows in the living roof developed a problem,I contacted Eliments and was told they would contact me as soon as they could get a replacement,sure enough Debbie contacted me 3 weeks later to say it had arrived (with all that’s going on that was good)it is now fitted by 2 really good guys and all’s well thanks again we’ll done after sales service 👍

It is not what happens when things go right that define a company, it is how problems are dealt with and sorted. We accept that national issues have impacted the industry and cause delays but if there is a solution to be sought please speak directly to the managers. We did this and found they responded positively, sympathetically and timely to resolve and move forward with any issues. A senior Member of staff came out personally to rectify a minor glitch at the weekend. The product and workmanship was excellent.

I have just had a new front and back door fitted and am over the moon with the change it has made to my house. I ordered at the end of February but was advised from the offset about the delays from suppliers due the issue caused by the pandemic. It was well worth the wait as the fitter was excellent.

Recently moved house and we have bought a set of French doors. They was so helpful, made the process really easy, really took the time to understand what we wanted and went above and beyond when I was little bit unsure. We are so in love with the doors. Perfect fit and really brightens up our home! Can’t recommend this company anymore! They will go above and beyond for you!

Me and my Partner bought 2 sets of French doors. They was so helpful, made the process so quick and easy. They couldn’t do enough to help, never felt rushed or important. So in love with them. Perfect grey colour just the look we was going for. Will be using this company again for our windows!

I have recently had a door fitted by Eliments and would like to express my thanks for the excellent customer service I received after I reported a discrepancy . After a prompt investigation it turned out to be my error when ordering, but without any quibble, they agreed to remake the frame in the colour I had really wanted and returned within less than two weeks to replace it. I would also like to say that the fitting team did an excellent job. My door is great.

The only place to go for new it replacement windows. They also have a number of conservatories and garden rooms to view. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, after care service is first class.

Just had windows and door fitted by Eliments of York. I honestly cannot recommend highly enough. I was very impressed with their professional non pushy and customer focussed attitude which ran from the initial consultation, the survey and the subsequent fitting of the windows and door. The windows and door are of a high quality that has literally transformed our home, prompting lots of positive comments from neighbours. Having been messed about by other local companies, it is refreshing to deal with a professional company that delivers and puts the customer first.
