Andy and the Fairway team completed an extension and remodelling of our home last Spring. We are so pleased and impressed with the finished result. Everything has been completed to an excellent standard and is even better than the vision we had at the start. The build process went smoothly and we were impressed with the constant communication and understanding of our expectations. We look forwards to working with Fairway again in the future!

Firstly, having watched these guys build a porch on my next door neighbour's house I decided to recruit them for a job on my own house. I have watched them everyday, working hard and they were so polite and courteous. The porch looks lovely and they are clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend them.

We engaged with Fairway Construction to undertake a loft conversion (Including a dormer and the lowering of first floor ceilings), reconfiguration of the first floor and also a full refurbishment of the property. Andrew and the team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, the quality of workmanship is outstanding and we are delighted with the result. Thanks to the entire team, we look forward to working with you again soon.

Love the team and their work ethic, we were sometimes tricky customers and they were always professional and helpful. Actually came back to do the snags which is a rarity in this industry I tell ya! Have used them twice in two different houses and recommended them to the world and their wife. 5 stars

Extend/build a house? Not an easy decision! How big, what is the budget and which builder to choose? There are plenty of horror stories out there! In the end, we chose Fairway Construction. Why Fairway? Firstly, because they gave us a competitive quote and secondly, they had an excellent reputation in the area. And we are glad we made that decision! Fairway helped us make decisions throughout the building process (e.g. the choice of underfloor heating and the redesign of our garden). The quality of their work on the substantial extension was consistently excellent and the 'aftercare' (e.g. help with shower and other installations) was prompt and reliable. We wholeheartedly recommend Fairway; a safe bet for quality work.

Fairway recently completed a renovation of our house, including a hip to gable conversion, ground floor extension, new bathrooms, fireplaces, landscaping our garden and more. They always turned up, stuck to budget and provided really helpful guidance and reassurance throughout. I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. I am very happy to recommend them.

I can't recommend Andy and Neil and their team highly enough. They are extraordinarily helpful, knowledgeable and their work is to an extremely high standard. Their team is first class. Such a lovely set of lads, every single one happy to help wherever they could. The job they did for us removing a chimney breast and knocking through in preparation for a new kitchen and finishing to a a good standard was brilliant.
