Another great job done by Formula One Range, Telford. Ashley and Andrew (always friendly and smiley) arrived, promptly and no messing about with these two; they started straight away, working efficiently and cleanly. They replaced our broken back door and frame (also fitted a new window lock at the same time because it was faulty) and you would never know they'd been here because they leave no mess at all, inside or out. We'll done lads!! This is the third job they have done for us now and we're more than happy. Their prices are great too!! I, happily, recommend this company.

Buying windows can be a mine field but i opted to buy them from Formula one after meeting Dean he was very helpful , delivered on everything he promised . There was no pushy sales tactics and the workmanship from the fitters were second to non . They were efficient and tidy you wont be disappointed using this company i have had no issues from start to finish . They are a pleasure to do business with highly recommended . Many thanks

It was nice to visit a no pressure showroom. We were looking to purchase a new front door. There was a nice little selection on display and then an extensive choice from a brochure. We were talked through our options and shown photos of recent jobs. We settled on a door, were happy with the quote and we booked in to have it fitted. The fitters turned up on the agreed day and did a great job of installation. Would certainly recommend.

Just had 9 aluminium windows (1 is a bay) and French doors replaced. Excellent service and not pushy at all. Quality product - the bay window in particular is vastly improved in appearance. Professional fitting team who were polite, clean and tidy workmen.

Had a conservatory warm roof fitted by Formula One. Wonderful job. Looks fantastic, and has been lovely and warm through winter. Another company had attempted the same and left us with a mess. Formula One were very helpful with their advice, and hence why we had them re-do the work. They have gone above and beyond, and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service from Dean and the team in Donnington Telford. Nothing was too much trouble, we ordered doors, bifold doors, windows and lanterns over a period of five months. We just had our whole house done with triple glazing and a new composite front door by formula one. From consultation and measuring all the way through to completion the service has been great. The fitters were polite, helpful and tidy, always cleaning up after themselves. The quality of the windows and standard of fitting are also of the highest standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend formula one to anyone.

I have used this company previously and found them to be reliable, professional, and their products and service first class, with nothing being too much trouble. I made a call to the showroom because we were unable to lock the front door from the inside, and the lady who took my call was very understanding of the problem and urgency of the matter Dean then called me a few hours later, and said he would be with me shortly. After arriving he fixed the problem on our composite door by replacing the damaged barrel. Many thanks Dean to you and everybody. A highly recommended company who stand our from the rest, and do what they promise.

We had a porch door and a composite front door fitted, both for wheelchair access and wider than normal. I highly recommend Formula 1 because of their professionalism and attention to detail plus we were kept informed right from ordering to fitting. Overall we are very pleased 😀

Just had our new composite front door completed by Formula One and we're delighted with the whole service. We were told, up front, that orders are not taken on the day so no pressure selling in your home. Even after we decided on the style and colours, we were under no obligation until the survey was completed a few days later where everything was double checked. Even then, there was no payment requested until after a satisfactory completion which is astonishing. The fitters arrived 6 weeks later and were in and out in no time at all and left everything clean and tidy. There were a couple of trims missing on delivery but that was quickly remedied and only after we were completely satisfied did we need to pay. Excellent service from a local company that we're delighted to support. Would highly recommend.

We used Formula One to replace our upstairs windows a few months ago. All of the work, from the assessment of requirement to fitting and after sales care, was carried out in the most professional and timely manner. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend. However what sets this service and Formula One apart, is customer consideration and honesty. Our front porch door is difficult to open in the summer months and Dean said he would take a look at it once the weather warmed up - at no extra charge. We were worried that we might need to replace the door but at no time did Dean encourage this and said he would do what he could to make it good for us. We rang Dean today and, true to his word, he came to our house within a few hours and made the necessary adjustments. Outstanding service.

Very impressed and incredibly happy customer. We were looking at replacement windows for a 2-bed semi-detached house (12 windows in all) and wanted to go with a local company instead of one of the larger national ones (you know – the ones that won’t leave you alone as soon as you’ve asked for a quote!). Well, we had heard good things about Formula One, so popped in to see the showroom. The lady there (Katie, I think) was really helpful and honest with her recommendations and certainly knowledgeable with regards to the products. We had a good feeling so booked a slot to have a quote. This is where Dan came in. A lovely chap, extremely knowledgeable, and he offered some really great advice and suggestions as to what would be best for us. Honestly, Dan couldn’t have done any more for us – his advice was spot on! It was very refreshing that the quote was not an exercise in trying to get more added to the order, but genuinely what was best for us as a customer. Dan provided first-class communication (we had cause to tweak a couple of things in the plan) and quickly returned a quote which – quite frankly – was incredible! Far less than what we were expecting; it was a very pleasant surprise, so we went for it! This is where we publicly thank Dan for his fabulous customer service and product knowledge. Installation came about 4 weeks later. The guys turned up bang on time (0830) and immediately set to task. The house is old, so obviously threw-up a few complications to test the lads, but nothing was ever a problem for them. They worked hard and fast, despite the job getting more complicated by each window, and because of the issues (there were a few!) the job was extended slightly. This is where Tim the installation manager came in; again, very knowledgeable and he bent over backwards to ensure we had minimum disruption, whilst ensuring all our needs were met. Thank you, Tim. Another public show of thanks goes to Ash (installation). What a cracking bloke, with a lot of skill and experience. All the added workload was not an issue for Ash who dealt with it all in a very professional manner (there really were some testing obstacles to overcome). It was obvious that he takes great pride in his work and justifiably so – he is a first-class tradesman and a credit to the company. Thank you, Ash. In all, we will definitely use Formula One Windows again. We have plans for more work and won’t even consider going elsewhere. These guys are fantastic! From initial contact (in store) to completion of work, we have no complaints and would highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

The Formula 1 team have recently replaced our old double glazing with new double glazing throughout the house. The guys did a brilliant job, very professional, friendly and helpful. They also replaced our old conservatory poly carbonate roof with a new Pilkingtons 'Blue Glass' roof with better insulation properties. We can already see and feel the difference. It's warmer, no drafts, and a lot quiter. They also installed a pale green composite front door. We're well pleased with all the work, and all for a competitive price. Definately recommend them.
