Had a beautiful new front door from fortress Fitted after 8 weeks as promised. Very organised and well managed. Thank you 20/1224 another great job completed by fortress windows. New bedroom window and stairs window. Top rate as always. Excellent fitters who get on with the work and do a brilliant job.

We had a new front door fitted today by Jamie. The door is stunning and Jamie was friendly and professional, leaving no mess whatsoever. Everyone I have liaised with have been brilliant, fantastic customer service, would highly recommend!

We couldn't be more thrilled with our new conservatory, expertly fitted by Dave and Wayne at Fortress Windows. Steve's project management was outstanding—he was always available to answer our questions and oversee the entire process. The service was incredibly professional and friendly, with contributions from WT Jones builders, SPT Electricians, and Sam the plasterer. Everyone involved went above and beyond, working tirelessly to deliver exceptional results. We are delighted with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fortress Windows. We'll definitely use them again in the future.

We were looking to replace our very old and leaky conservatory with something that would be cooler in summer, warmer in winter, and could be seen as an extension to the house rather than a bolted on conservatory. We found HUP when searching online and liked the idea so submitted our details for more information. Within 24 hours Steve from Fortress Windows and Conservatories got in touch and we had an informative chat about what we were looking for. We are up in Formby and Fortress Windows are down in Chester so we were initially worried that being so far from their office would be an issue. We decided to visit Steve in their showroom. We had an idea on price to replace the old conservatory with a new one with a solid roof, and the price quoted by Steve was within the price range of which we were thinking. We did not feel at all pressured. Work started in October, Richard kept us in the loop, and Dave and Wayne quickly had the old conservatory down and the new HUP build up using the existing concrete base in just over a week. The speed was amazing. Within another week Kirk and his team had the walls plastered and Pete had completed the electrics. The team did not feel at all intrusive, were happy to explain what they were doing and make any minor changes to accommodate us. It is still amazing to think this was all done in 2 weeks. I am writing this review now, while the rain is lashing down outside, yet there is hardly a noise in the room and the room is toastie warm. It really has opened up our house, we had all the family around for Christmas and we spent all our time out in the HUP extension which is now the main room downstairs. It gives us splendid views of the garden, and of the sunset and night skies. We highly recommend Fortress Windows and their team, and the HUP extension. Thanks.

Well what can I say. I love my windows and doors. Joe and Shaun were brilliant and the windows were fitted to a very high standard and look so neat. They tidied up after themselves and never left a mess. If anyone is worried about having to decorate after then dont worry as the finish is excellent. Thanks you Richard as you never pushed us into buying and wasn't here all day like most salespersons, we never felt pressurised at all. Thank you for all your hard work and thank you Steve for finishing our door off. We would definitely recommend Fortress Window and doors. With kind regards Eileen and Glyn Jones.

Joe arrived exactly as arranged and, after the obligatory cuppa set to work replacing our porch front door. Our door is not a standard size so the composite door and frame needed to be bespoke. We had approached various local and nationwide companies who either quoted stupid figures or, after sharp intake of breath decided this job's not for us, too much work'. Joe set to work and removed the original door and frame. No mess at this stage. The new frame and door was expertly installed without any fuss, or help from me which I'd offered from the outset. The entire job took about three and a half hours to complete. I have to say that the result was outstanding. No mess, all gaps sealed neatly, and the door looks stunning. I've added photos to show the level of finish. Note, Joe needed to refill a gap to the right of the door frame which I have now sealed and repainted. We are extremely pleased and satisfied with the entire project from initial contact, on-site survey and fitting. Would have no issue recommending Fortress Windows Chester.
