Further to my previous review, I am now happy to confirm that my front door has been fixed after an unfortunate breakdown in communication on both sides. They have tried hard and succeeded in honouring my guarantee, despite it being 7 years since installation. Thank you to Jenny, Steve and Samantha. RB Windows are a great local company.

Have to say, very very happy with the works completed by RB Windows. All new doors and windows throughout, all expertly Installed, and finished to a very high standard. the guys were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. There had been a communication hiccup from the sales and a slight delay with a start date once the Survey was completed, but this was all made good with some great communication. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I’ve just had RB to do a patio door and window at my house. It was a shakey start with the sales guys, but the lady in the office chased things up for me really promptly. Once work started, communication was great and everyone who turned up was skilled, professional, friendly and did a really great job, even staying late after a long hot day when my house gave them some curve balls! They weren’t my cheapest quote, but I definitely got what I paid for. I will definitely be using RB Windows again when I’m ready for my next jobs to be done.

Just had Windows done by Andy Steve from r&b my house was not a easy job for them but Andy &Steve sorted them like professional guys they were when I had quotes of Everest whose fitters was not capable to do the job these guys were very good and everything was done on schedule well doneRB windows

Had a couple of good meals and a couple not so good. My fillet steak was cold and my brothers pie was also cold . This was rectified and the staff were great. That being said the steak for a fillet was awful if I’m honest, my son had the fillet too and his was the same . It was possibly the worst steak I’ve ever had , there was a lot a fat and it was far from tender . Still 4 stars purely because the staff were so helpful.

Recently we had a conservatory built with R B Windows who have done a great job. We got quoted by Russ and once we accepted the quote we were given a work schedule for each step of the build. Everything was done on time and everyone was so friendly, professional, hard working and they have all done a fantastic job. Special thanks to Russ, Sam, Scott, Jake, Rhys, Andy, Harry & Alex. We love our new conservatory and would 100% recommend R B Windows to our friends and family. Thanks all

Thrilled with the new conservatory we had from RB recently .We had builders ,plumbers , electricians , designers , all coming and going , and everyone was polite , friendly ,and knowledgeable . They kept us in the loop every step of the way , great team also not forgetting the office based staff . Brilliant, thank you all very much .

Recently had a home extension built by RB Windows. Their work is impressive, the builders were pleasant, prompt and very tidy, and RB were responsive to queries throughout. We're really pleased and would highly recommend.

I have had an extension built with some internal work as well. Everyone from the initial visit , through the office staff, project manager and builders were very polite and efficient. The work started on time and we had a project plan that was pretty much kept to ( the plastering took a bit longer but I had no issue with the finish). As other reviews have said....they are very tidy. Each team kept their work area tidy and when they finished their work they cleaned up. The teams started at 8am but will work around you. I get up early so no issue there. I can't think of anything negative .

We had our windows and doors replaced by RB Windows back in 2017. Recently the kitchen window was damaged, Caroline was so helpful arranging a replacement unit and Steve did a great job fitting it. Great service, thank you both.

Had our windows done from this company and we are so pleased with how they have turned out. Theyve been great from start to finish, from going into the shop which they were polite and had great customer service to the end product which look fantastic. I would highly reccommend this company! The prices are competitive and reasonable and we was happy to pay this by far! Always kept in contact with us about our windows and also the installation. The guys who done our windows for us were brilliant, & respectful. The day of installation they put all dust sheets down to respect our carpets without us even asking them too which was really nice. Always cleaned up after themselves even though they didnt leave one bit of mess. From the start to the sign off of the windows, as they come back to check wether we was happy with the installation. We can honistly say we are over the moon! Thankyou very much The Dhutty's!

Just like to say I’ve had a orangey built And Jamie and his mate we’re brilliant and I am extremely pleased with the work and they left work place very tidy and clean would definitely use Jamie again excellent work Steve Hopkins

Fantastic job! I had a composite door fitted to replace my old worn out front door. Steve did a fantastic job and even went above and beyond remounting my door bell and house number to the wall after he had finished fitting my door. I would highly recommend RB and would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

Rhys, Andy and the installation team did an excellent job at installing our new windows and doors. They were very polite and nothing was too much trouble for them. This is the second time we have used RB Windows and they also did a great job at installing our conservatory in 2017. They were very professional from quote through to survey as well as the installation. Thanks very much !

We were looking to add a stylish Orangery to our period property and found RB Windows via a Facebook advert with examples of their modern installations. We then invited a number of companies to quote for the work and RB turned out to be the most reasonable. The work was hampered by issues associated with local planning, which was not expected or the fault of RB. However the standard of work was very good and the staff were very professional and helpful and friendly. We are very pleased with the quality and standard of the finished product. Great job.
