From initial quote to the completion of the work, nothing was too much trouble for the team. The installers were very thorough, polite and tidy and the electrician and plasterer were excellent too. Communication with Kevin, the project manager, was also excellent. The work was completed to a high standard and was exactly the price quoted. We'd highly recommend Richard Thomas Conservatories.

We engaged Richard Thomas to build a rear extension with an orangery/conservatory and from start to finish they were thoroughly professional and carried out the job to an extremely high standard. Good project management and excellent tradesmen and staff. Any issues arising were resolved immediately and without argument. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Callum and Eric have provided a first class service. They've done a brilliant job installing our new extension, have been professional and left everything clean and tidy. Our extension is not complete yet, plasterers etc due next week, but so far am 100% happy with the works. Highly recommend.

From the first contact with the company to the completion of the work to replace my conservatory roof and new external door everything went very smoothly. The quotation for the work was very competitive compared with other companies contacted. Very pleased with the finished project and the standard of workmanship of the fitters who left the conservatory very clean and tidy on completion.

Our lean-to polycarbonate utility room roof had failed after 25 years and has just been replaced with an Ultraframe Livin roof system installed by Richard Thomas. From initial sales contact through to survey and construction, the service was excellent. We were kept informed at all stages and the work progressed flawlessly to time and budget. The room is now warmer and feels like an integral part of the house. We are very satisfied with the service we received. Thank you.

At time of ordering, Ben Slater was able to provide a cost per Sq Meter, which was very helpful in deciding, designing and budgeting. Ben Shepherd is the perfect, cool, calm & collected project manager and all associated trades people involved have been top quality. Using the Ultra roof system (instead of traditional roof) proved more affordable with little compromise. The vaulted ceilings with no glazing (or just a couple of panels in huge room) are wonderful. It looks as though the project will finish on schedule and with no nasty unforeseen 'extras' , we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Richard Thomas installed a living roof on our conservatory, which had been badly installed by a less than reputable company in the past. Should have used RT in the first place.! Excellent service by RT, from the initial visit by Ben Slater, then a thorough survey by surveyor, and installation by Scott and Karl, Kept up to date by Project Manager Kevin, communication good from all involved, small snag after installation, but was dealt immediately by company, reassured prompt after sales service and warranty should we ever need it We would recommend Richard Thomas, Well established and very reputable local company

This company is outstanding. We were referred to them by an ex-employee, which is a good sign in itself. The orangery itself is excellent but we could have sourced the same one elsewhere. The difference is their people - their staff and sub-contractors were all brilliant - experts in their individual trades. We had no idea, for example, that there are people who just install lead flashings into brickwork for a living or who lay screed flooring.The whole project took 8 weeks including the XMAS break and they were only 2 days late, due to bad weather. My wife and I would recommend them 100%.

We've just had a conservatory added to our lounge. It has transformed the space completely. From sale through to completion, the whole team at Richard Thomas who were involved in the project are superb! From beginning to end I cannot fault their professionalism, workmanship and commitment to customer service. I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

This is the second time we have used Richard Thomas Windows, Doors and Conservatories....they do not disappoint..exceptional service from start to finish, very professional, friendly and competitive. Neil installed our new front door with expertise, very clean and tidy. Ben provided our quote and was excellent as we were returning customers. Really excellent work from this company. Deigned, obtained Planning Consent and built a large kitchen extension in West Dorset. Difficult Planning restrictions, difficult access, long distance from home base and difficult work in a Purbeck stone house in a conservation area, but this company coped well with all of it. Keys to its success were an excellent, attentive and obliging project manager, helpful employees and very good trades subcontractors. All done swiftly and efficiently, to a high standard.

Richard Thomas were excellent from start to finish, Ben Slater explained what the options were and it was good to have clear timelines agreed which were all kept to, even taking into account atrocious weather. Ben Shepherd was always available as project manager and when there were questions or things to be changed he was always flexible and helpful but also realistic as to what was possible, ie not promising anything they couldn't deliver. The tradespeople used were all top notch to the extent we have used them ourselves for other smaller requirements since. We're really pleased with the final product, the roof system is fantastic and we thoroughly recommend Richard Thomas.

We are very impressed with Richard Thomas and highly recommend their services. We love our open plan space following a single storey extension with the ultra roof system and removal of an interior wall. We were impressed with how tidy the site remained throughout the building work, staff and contractors were very respectful, polite and punctual. Ben our Project Manager kept us informed of timescales and was quick to respond to any queries we had. The contractors were working daily and the project pushed on without any gaps in the schedule, the timescale was adhered to. We were impressed with the care and attention given to keeping the property safe and secure at all times.

We recently had an orangery conservatory installed in our home from Richard Thomas Conservatories. We absolutely love it! From start to finish the service that we received was extremely professional, the quality of the product is excellent. I was particularly impressed with the planning and installation. The process was project managed and they did exactly what they said they would do. No delays from start to finish, a very quick build. The team from Richard Thomas was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. They went over and above in my opinion to get the job done. We are really pleased that we chose Richard Thomas to build our new hybrid orangery. The whole process from planning permission to completion ran to time and was very well managed. All trades were polite and tidy, working to the pre advised schedule so we knew exactly what was happening and when. Kevin was excellent at sorting out any issues that arose and they were always dealt with without question. We feel very confident to recommend this company to others and are very pleased with the additional space it has added to our home.

Wow, these guys are great. Our conservatory has just been finished and it is stunning, the build quality is absolutely fantastic and we are over the moon. If you want total peace of mind and guaranteed satisfaction then choose Richard Thomas, the whole team are great and incredibly professional. Every step of the way we were kept up to date with the schedule of works. Ben came to price the job and gave a very competitive price and we also got two other companies to quote and neither were as helpful or as in tune with our ideas. Ben worked with us to achieve the best results within our budget and we are so pleased he took the time to understand what we wanted and what we could afford. All the team worked hard to keep everything as clean and tidy as possible and always took pride in their work and looking after our home and garden. We had a conservatory built, the works started just as lockdown was lifted, the builders (Dave, Steve and Harry) were clean, tidy and very friendly and everything measured mm perfect. When the installers (Dan and Harry) arrived the the frames and roof flew up. I could not believe how quickly and efficiently they worked. They were super friendly and were great with telling the kids what they were doing and why. They were very interested how it would work. The electricians (Clint and Tyler) did a great job and were really flexible to our upgrade of USB sockets and actually adding another socket. The plasterers (Andre, Ben and Aaron) and plumber (Rob) came and did a wonderful job and kept everything very tidy. We finally had the screeder (Callum) who was done within a few hours and again the level was absolutely perfect. Project Manager (Kevin) kept us informed and even hoovered our grass once all work was completed. Ben was fantastic from start to finish and no request was to great (and there were alot) he was reassuring and put things into female terms when talking about technical details, which was great. Not one of the workmen got away without me chatting endlessly about how, what, why and who and they entertained a mum of 4 who had been at home during lockdown. I could talk for hours about how amazing they were, we will 100% be back for more work!!!!!!!! Thank you Richard Thomas.
