We have just had 15 windows & a door installed by Stu & Max & we couldn’t have asked for a better team despite the cold weather & working conditions. They have done an absolutely superb job , professional, attention to detail & have really gone the extra mile to ensure we are totally happy - nothing has been too much trouble! They have been courteous, respected our property & ensured all has been left tidy after each day ready for the next. They were friendly & always smiling, in good humour so we all had an enjoyable week! Stu carried out a checklist each day then a final overall checklist on completion which shows the high standards the team & company apply. In fact we are so impressed we are thinking of TWC overhauling over conservatory in the near future ! In addition we would like to thank Jed in sales for his patience with our reconfigurations & computer visits but we have a fabulous result in the end! Also the surveyor was lovely too! Thanks to all at TWC we would highly recommend but in particular Stu & Max - we are very happy customers 😄😄😄

Darron and Ricky from TWC have spent the last week with us installing replacing all the windows and doors in our house. They've been absolute legends and have worked quickly and efficiently. I work from home, so was really worried about the potential for disruptions, but they sailed through the install like true professionals. Mark and Dean from TWC recently helped out with a door mechanism replacement. Mark went out of his way and stayed late into the evening to ensure my property could be secured properly, and Dean was very professional and a gent whilst installing the new mechanism. My husband and I met with Sam from TWC to discuss our very long overdue replacement windows. Sam made us feel completely at ease. We didn’t feel pushed into anything we didn’t want (or need). Kev, Sam, Roy. Super lovely team. Could not have asked for a nicer or more professional team. Very polite, helpful and patient from the start. Kev came to the door and was very understanding about me working from home and so kept his offer very short. He was very polite and the first canvasser that has got past hello! Sam was very patient and explained everything in detail making sure that I was completely happy and understood. Sam had endless patience to go through many door and glass options and provided brilliant visualisations so I could see how the door looked on the property which made all the difference. Roy was fantastic supporting questions from the office to ensure everything was correct and arranging the dates for surveyor and installation. The family feel came through in spades and made the whole experience enjoyable. Would highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them again.

We went into the showroom at TWC & we were greeted by Mike who showed us round the new doors that we were looking for. He had good knowledge & arranged an appointment with Sam. He came round today & explained everything to us what we needed to know. He listened to what we wanted & showed us what a few doors would look like on the front of our house. He was really helpful & now we are looking forward to our new front door. Would highly recommend.

Today I was visited by Sam from TWC. A very nice man, he explained everything, showed samples of windows, and presented an offer. We have not yet made a decision, as we want to replace all the windows in the house and are looking for the best possible offer (I know it wont be cheap!). However, so far only positive experiences about TWC!

Interacted with both Sam & Roy. Initially we met Roy in the showroom who was really helpful showed us multiple different options that would meet our needs, spent loads of time answering loads of our questions. Roy was very welcoming and friendly and we booked a home appointment to get measurements and a quote. This is where we interacted with Sam, very friendly and approachable (turns out we knew him as he did the suits for our wedding). He was fantastic whilst with us, no hard sale tactics which is refreshing. Was building our windows on his laptop and confirming we are happy with the look. Took his time with us to ensure we got what we wanted and were 100% happy. After getting multiple quotes from other companies the experience from TWC was so much nicer as they made didn’t make us feel rushed or pressured it felt like it was all about what we wanted and needed.

He was polite and very knowledgeable about the doors that I was interested in and he gave me lots of information on the doors available and also reassurance on the quality of them too. Did not try to get under our skin, but explained calmly all the benefits of installing good quality double glazed windows, answered all our questions, no matter how naive/ dumb they were. We had a lovely experience from Kay, who informed us of the range of products and work TWC offer. Kay is a very well presented and polite sales person and will do well. A follow up survey was conducted by Darren, who again comes across as warming, polite and friendly. No hard sell or pushy sale banter which really sold it for us. Very nice showroom. My husband and I were welcomed by Mike Middleton who walked us around a variety of front doors, having first established our specific interests. We were keen to look at the front doors with side panels, and Mike also showed us the display panels and explained how to match the panels in the brochure with the doors of our choice. By the time we left the showroom, Mike had already set up a meeting for us at our request, for a representative to come to our home that afternoon to discuss our individual needs further. Had a really polite professional Welsh man taffy knock the door and spoke to me about a new composite door which I was in the market for anyway. He left me after explaining everything in detail and said I would have a call back which I did from a very friendly man think he was called Liam who arranged a viewing and measure the same day. A friendly and informative man called same came out and was very informative about everything and answered all my questions. He gave me a very fair price which seems reasonable explained how the quality works. I have no complaints on how the gentleman conducted themselves and were very friendly and didn't pressure me into the sale at all would definitely recommend

Having had a friend guide me to TWC, Liam was good enough to walk me through the process of getting an appointment. Delroy then visited and in a very friendly and informative manner told us all about the product which we then bought. I’m yet to make a decision on which provider I’ll use to source and fit our new door, however Steve was so helpful in explaining the process and providing a cost. He is very friendly and happy to help, we discussed the options and some things that might take a bit longer or that we didn’t need to worry about. Darren & Richard have been amazing examples of what putting the customer first is all about. Darren's courteous approach when he was doing leaflet drops in our area was what prompted me to get a quote. We've had 2 design consultations with Richard. He has been really consultative throughout, taking time to listen & understand how we want to use the space. He's offered great suggestions using his building knowledge & expertise on how we can make our vision a reality within our budget. And he is patient! I've changed my mind so many times but it feels like he genuinely cares and wants to help us get the best outcome for our budget. I have not felt pressured to buy once during the process so far and the "negotiation" phase has been collaborative, open and fair.

Richard came over to go through a design to replace our existing conservatory with something more permanent. It was great to see the extension develop on his laptop and he shared the design with us via email. He was very professional, friendly and polite. The Christmas jumper did make us smile! No hard sell and invited to go to the show room in Swindon at the weekend. Richard said he would make sure he was available too, so any questions could be answered. The team of Tom, Craig and Florin have just completed the groundwork’s drainage, brick and block work of our orangery in Wiltshire and checking my Bumper Book of Adjectives I cannot find the words to describe the amazing work we witnessed over 6 days. They were wonderful, resolving issues as they went along and punctual, (despite travelling more than 100 miles to site) extremely polite, tidy and cheerful throughout. It is a long time since we have had such a great experience at the hands of tradesmen. These three guys are committed professionals and a huge credit to their employers, TWC, their trade and themselves. In a word:- Delighted.

The designer, Richard, came to us and we went through various options - all well explained with no "hard sell". He spent about an hour with us, and emailed the quotes (which included 3D pictures of what we'd talked about) before he left, and gave us a few days to consider the options and prices. He didn't seem "fazed" when asked for the design to be altered and emailed back swiftly with the new design. He's a big lad, but very pleasant and courteous. Their showroom in Swindon has examples of various alternatives.

Professional conversation with sales person Mr Delroy Fallon. He explained all purchase and payment options with great details, giving different possibilities to purchase new windows. Friendly and approachable with no forceful sale techniques. We were given private discussion time if we wish to go ahead. Sample of the windows was shown to us, we were very happy with the product. My earlier review was cut short, submitted in too much of a rush! Following Luke's visit, Del subsequently called as arranged to discuss the wide range of options and to provide a quote. We found him to be very good, friendly and professional. Just the right balance and able to help our thinking along without just focusing on the sale. We subsequently spoke to Roy and then Ross called (both very good) to finalise the details and take a deposit. Having dealt with Callum and Ross @TWC we left with a very positive impression. We wanted a quote to replace all our doors and windows and at no pint during the process did we feel pressured to purchase. Ross was extremely thorough during process and offered his expert opinions when required, taking our best interests first. As for the quotes Ross explained that there would be 2 prices, one guaranteed for 12 months and another cheaper price if we committed in the next month. After telling us each price there was no pressure to commit or a sudden reduction in either quote. I’d normally be put off by this process but the approach that Ross and TWC have is hassle free and I’d highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in knowing how much repayment doors and windows could cost.

The work hasn’t been done yet so I only have experience of their Sales and pre-installation and so far it has been very positive. Alan B called at the house and quickly took my details, he was a nice chap and didn’t take up too much of my time. I was contacted by the main office 48 hours later and agreed a time for the sales rep to pop round. Ross was able to come out that evening. He was very friendly and polite. He asked me what needed doing and quickly measured up. We had received a previous quote from another company, so to make sure he was able to get us a better deal he rang his supervisor. All this took less than an hour. I’m now speaking with James to arrange the installation. Again, he has been really nice to speak to and has been able to get us an installation date in less than 2 weeks time. So far I have had a very positive experience with TWC. Fingers crossed the installation will be as easy and as professional.

We were looking to have eight windows, two sets of patio doors and a front door replaced. From initial phone call, home visit, showroom visit through to installation everything was very straightforward. Installation happened on the date we were given and the men sent were polite and efficient. Darren and Rickey double checked their work and carefully cleaned up as they went. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - TWC designed, built our orangery, which transformed the rear of the home. The guys were met with unprecedented amounts of rain, snow and ice. Not to rush the job, they took their time to ensure everything was right. Abbey - ensured arrangements were made, keeping us informed on progress either daily / weekly addressing any concerns. Naturally, the rain caused excess mud, yet at all times, everything was done to ensure the place was left clean and tidy. Justin - came and did the final ‘clean and seal’. His attention to details is amongst the best, making sure before he left that everything was perfect. Our plasterer - went over and above, again ensuring nothing was left unsightly, with smooth edging / lines. Surveyor (Steve) - came round regularly, again ensuring everything was being carried out as planned. We were impressed that even the director (Josh and Andy) of TWC would keep in-touch during and after the build, Popping by to say hello Great price, excellent service and highly recommended. We are extremely pleased with our new front door with window! It is very high quality - we no longer have any draughts, so it's great for energy efficiency. The job was completed quickly from time of ordering to installation, and the installation itself was very well done. (Thank you, Chris!) Communication was good and everyone we dealt with along the way was friendly and professional - we would definitely recommend TWC.

We contacted TWC about installing a french door having been let down by another company and they sent someone out the same day. After agreeing the details, he arranged for a surveyor to visit the next day and within a month, we've had our doors fitted by the amazing Jostin. Have to say that the whole process has been easy and that the work done by Jostin was second to none. He had to cut out the opening in the brick work and block work, install lintels and then insert the french doors and make good, plaster, install a threshold and fix skirting. He's the person to have doing your job if you get him, he's an outstanding tradesman, nothing was too much trouble. It's great having one person who can do all of the work without having to get separate tradesmen. It took only three days to complete all of the work. Just bear in mind, we were waiting on the previous company more than 6 months who kept putting us off. TWC are an excellent company to deal with in our opinion.
