Just had Window Wise replace some 4 old windows, with new, 2 large and 2 small. The price was reasonable I felt so went with them, knowing they have a very good reputation in the local area. They have not disappointed. Windows are of great quality, exactly as expected. The installers Ollie and Adam did a great job on the two day install. Both were experienced, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They kept me informed on what the work plan was, and made recommendations on how to get the best finish/look. Would definitely recommend.

Ollie, Nick and Adam were amazing! We were dealt with professionally and everything went smoothly. All areas of my home were carefully cleaned up after the re fit. The whole process from talking through what we thought we wanted to agreeing the final design/price and then fitting was first rate. The survey gave us the confidence that the order was clear for us, window wise and the fitters. The two fitters were brilliant. Conscientious with great understanding of how to fit the sash windows, leaving them finished to a high standard. Actively engaged with us to agree how the final trimming inside would be finished. It’s a small detail - used paintable caulk where the trim meets the painted reveal, instead of silicone that is a nightmare to paint over. As for the sash windows, they look to us and visitors like the traditional wooden sash windows that would have been a feature of our cottage.

Just had two bi-fold doors and one new window fitted. Two different teams (Ivan & Ash and Ollie & Adam). Both were excellent. Turned up when they said they would and fitted everything to very high standard. Special thanks to Ivan for sourcing and fitting small skirting board to tidy up in one corner. This isn't the first time we've used Window Wise Sussex. We've always found them very good.

We have just had a new front door fitted with window wise and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The sales team were wonderful and thorough and patient with my endless questions, and the surveyor and fitters were all very polite and friendly as well as efficient. Plus our door ended up being manufactured in half the estimated time so we were able to start enjoying our new door far quicker than expected, what a bonus! This is the second time we have used Window Wise. The first time they installed windows and a door on the front of the house (see pictures), and this time they replaced windows at the back of the house. Gavin was fantastic, supporting us to make choices about products, taking time to explain the options and never resorting to the hard sell pressure tactics we experienced with other companies we approached. We had new Bifold doors fitted in our conservatory by Ash & Ivan . They were very professional and got on with the job. They started at 745am and finished at 1pm. They fitted our new doors to a very high standard and kept the site clean and tidy at all times. They were Curtis and my wife and I had every confidence in them. We are so pleased with our new doors. They were all super-efficient from the original quote (Ian), final measure (Richard) and the installation team (Chris and Steven) I couldn’t be happier. What an excellent experience it was using Window Wise. We did have one of the "BIG" installers with their overpowering sales methods and ridiculous prices visit and it was a relief when they finally left after 3 hours!!!!! From the initial contact made by Gavin who gave valuable time to supply images of what the windows would look like, prompt and extremely professional with every interaction to complete our order. Followed by Martin to answer our many queries on the design and measurements of each window and assist us to understand the intricacies of the survey. Delighted we are with our new windows. From beginning to end, working with window wise has been complete joy. Gavin gave great advice and was so patient (I am quite indecisive!). Quotes were received quickly and rewritten with the same speed as I changed my mind again and again. I was never ever made to feel like a problem. The survey was straightforward. We were kept up to speed with the wait times. Finally, the fitters were outstanding. An absolute pleasure to have in the home! They got on with the job, were attentive to detail and they tidied up at the end of the day. To be honest, I was dreading the upheaval... but needn't have worried at all. We needed replacement glass in 3 patio windows originally installed by WindowWise over 20 years ago. We also need a replacement lock on a bathroom widow which was locked closed. Best price, great product, installed with skill and care, no mess and minimal re-decoration required. Replacement of existing lounge window with one of greater height, necessitating cutting out brick/blockwork to increase depth of opening, installing the new window, re-plastering and fitting new radiator. Window Wise were one of three companies we contacted and their quotation was the lowest. The new window was of excellent quality and installed with great skill, care and consideration which has minimised the amount of redecoration required on completion. We are very pleased with the whole package and would like to thank Tom and Richard, our initial contacts, and to Nick who installed the window and Tony the plumber who fitted the new radiator.

I have used Window Wise both personally for a consevatory and within my workplace to improve and replace the windows around my organisation. In both settings, the staff on site have been helpful, professional, friendly and hard working. My conservatory installation was part way through completion when we went into lock down for Covid-19 and therefore had to be paused. Throughout this period of time, Window Wise kept in touch with me and kept me informed of what was happening, the revised timeframes and clear guidance on additional safety measures they were putting into place. The completed consevatory is beyond my expectations and I am very impressed with the finished product. Likewise, in my work place, the completion in June 2020 of a bespoke window order was worked around our reopening schedule and the additional safety measures we had put in place for contrators. As an organisation I would be more than happy to re-use Window Wise and again I would be happy to use them personally for my home. The customer services and after care service upon completion has also been of an excellent quality. Thank you to all who from the company for thier hard work, professionalism and help. We had replacement windows from Window Wise and were so pleased with the service from them that we decided to have a refurbishment of our old conservatory. We now have a beautiful live-in room. Again the service and workmanship have been excellent. All the tradesmen involved have been unfailingly pleasant and a pleasure to have working round us.

We used Window Wise to replace all doors and windows 7 years ago and were so satisfied with the work , the product and customer service that we went straight back to them to do the same in our new house. We have used Window Wise to replace all of our windows and our front and back doors. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. The team are extremely efficient; from day of quotation to install was approx. 4 weeks. The fitters are pleasant, tidy and their workmanship is outstanding. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Great product - really pleased with windows (Double glazed with acoustic glass). Window installers very polite, worked non-stop, cleared up after themselves, no damage where they worked - hardly noticeable. Would highly recommend the two installers. Attention to detail and checked with me if there were any queries or just wanted to confirm with me what they planned to do. I highly recommend standard of work and finish. Will be using WindowWise again in a couple of years when front windows will be replaced - will request same fitters
