Site Support Engineer

Ultraframe ltd is a leading supplier of offsite manufactured construction products based in Clitheroe. Excellent technical support is a key part of our offering, and we have a fantastic site support team who train customers on the job to install our vast range of roofing and building products.

Our revolutionary new hup! building system is becoming hugely popular and now we have a base solution we are looking to expand the site support team to help our growing customer base adopt and install hup!.

The successful candidate will ideally already have experience on site, either surveying or building conservatories or home extensions.

Full training is provided to the successful candidate

The role is primarily field based and requires excellent communication skills in order to deliver the highest quality onsite training.

Duties and responsibilities (inclusive of but not limited to)

• To assist in site support activities – Coaching builders, installers, surveyors.
• Support & develop our network of fabricators, installers and builders.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical assistance liaising with other members of the sales and technical team.
• Work with the Technical support office to answer any queries that require assistance.
• Good organisational skills.
• Understanding of Health and Safety on site.
• Problem-solver, client-focused, analytical, and agile.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
